One on one personal training is a tailor-made program to meet individual needs in achieving any of these goals: Health improvement, Body toning, Weight management, Posture correction, Sports Specific fitness training, Pre-pregnancy and post-pregnancy fitness, Rehabilitation.
The exercise program starts from performing basic function to develop efficient movement while improving cardiovascular fitness and then progress to higher level of sports performance with increased muscular strength and endurance.

The strength of the core relies on good breathing which facilitates cardiovascular fitness that helps to restore balance, control and fluid movement. This series of classes, in small group training, are designed to train the body to work as a functional unit through essential exercises, from optimal breathing strategy, to core strength and challenging movement training that is the foundational and efficient way to develop a healthy core and muscle sculpt.
